Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify a Tagbanua tribe from other related tribes and how The Tagbanua inhabit both the eastern and western coasts of the central portion of Palawan Island. The first phase of the project involves stages of bracketing and interpretation derived from questionnaires and interviews. The researchers use videos, data capturing and telephone conversation to validate answers on the screening interview. The final phase involves lived in experience where in the researcher use different assessment to mingle and lived with them, thus examined the connection of the modern and ancient technology. The greater concentration of Tagbanua tribe is in the more extensive attachment to their ancient culture despite of modern technology. This will allow for more individual consideration of Tagbanua people and may direct future research on the genetic factors of Tagbanua tribe.

Abstract: When one addresses a specific audience, his or her style changes accordingly as it is strongly influenced by the type of the audience. It is clear that the style used within the legal field would greatly differ from the style used under most other circumstances. Legal English has developed into its current form over the course of many centuries and has been shaped under the influence of various aspects. We have come to accept the fact that legal English has many particular characteristics that make it specific, irreplaceable, and admittedly, sometimes rather confusing and incomprehensible. Legal professionals use legal language; this is a part of their profession, a part of their training. Formal and traditional legal English has become equivalent to professional legal English. Its specific style is something that the general public has learned to accept and expect from legal professionals.

Abstract: This paper examines one method of business financing namely tawarruq. Particular emphasis is given to the use of such method in home financing. The study suggests that the instrument is useful for business community to get permissible financing specifically on home financing. However, there are disputes by scholars on the underlying contract. Perhaps, further research is needed in scrutinizing the practice in order to improve the instrument. This paper focuses on the basic characteristics of Islamic ethics and tawarruq, its implementation in Malaysian banks specifically Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad.

Abstract: Moringa oil comes from the seed of the Moringa plant which has been used in the preparation of varieties of product such as food, cosmetics, medicine and others. The main aim of the study was to use Moringa oil in the preparation of some dishes. The objective of the study was to create awareness on the usage of Moringa oil in cooking. Questionnaires were the main instrument used in collecting data from respondents. The research was experimental. Food products prepared from Moringa oil were displayed for 10 panellists to taste whiles answering the questionnaire. The findings of the study showed that the taste, flavour and colour were accepted by the tasting panellists. It was therefore recommended that Moringa oil should be introduced to the public because of its nutritional value.
